She feels really lonely since her world changed out of the blue. Instead of the little footsteps she used to hear, now it's just the cold sounds of a kennel. She misses the warmth of her family and doesn't get why she's not part of their love anymore.

She really wants to be in their lives, wondering what went wrong and hoping for a chance to show she'd be the best big sister to the new baby.

Every day, she looks out through the kennel door, her eyes silently asking for someone to save her from this strange and noisy place. The shelter shared a video that really tugs at the heart, showing how sad Snowflake is.

“Snowflake is so sad. She really misses her family. Sadly, this 3-year-old sweetheart was given up because a new baby arrived in her house,” wrote the shelter.

“Snowflake is a newer arrival at our shelter and is usually very playful. She is loving to everyone around her. She is good with other dogs and older children. Snowflake is cage-trained and knows to sit and come. She likes to cuddle and likes to be around you.”

The shelter also shared, “Snowflake is 70 pounds and does need to lose some weight. Due to her weight, she has thickening in both knee joints. She will need joint supplements and weight loss to help take pressure off her joints”.
