Will Arnett’s Batman is a breakout character from the LEGO movie, with tons of fans even among actors! In Prince Harry’s book ‘Spare’, he recounts a story where he was at a party at Courteney Cox’s house and met Will Arnett. Harry recognized Will Arnett’s voice from The Lego Batman Movie and begged him to do the iconic Batman voice. Arnett obliged and in perfect gravelly Batmanese said: "Hello, Harry". 

At the same party, they discovered “a huge box of black diamond mushroom chocolates”. Harry and his friend grabbed several, gobbled them, and washed them down with tequila. However, Courteney Cox confirmed that the royal stayed at her house but denied “passing out” psychedelics.

During an appearance on The Late Late Show, Arnett revealed that he and Prince Harry are texting buddies. The two apparently got to know each other “very briefly” a little while ago and forged a strong enough connection that Arnett felt comfortable texting the 32-year-old royal the last time he was there

Arnett recounted a story where he was working with his writing partner in London and they took a break and were walking through Green Park. They crossed the mall and could see Buckingham Palace. Arnett then decided to text Prince Harry saying “Hey man. I’m just in London for a few days and I thought of you, I’m walking in front of your gran’s house”. Harry appreciated Arnett’s choice of wording and texted back from “Afghanistan or something” according to the actor.

“He’s a real prince of a guy,” Arnett concluded about Prince William — and we can’t agree more!
