In 2020, Zac Efron made a significant move by relocating to Byron Bay, Australia. At the time, he still owned the Los Feliz mansion, and his initial van life in Australia led many to believe the move might be temporary.

Although they've since split, this relationship may have influenced Efron's decision to permanently move from the US, leading to him putting his L.A. home on the market. At the beginning of 2021, a source revealed that Efron already considered Australia “home.”

The actor doesn’t think Hollywood is a healthy place to live in.
