What Happened To Robert Wone? Who Killed Him?

What happened to Robert Wone? Who killed him? When emergency workers arrived at the apartment on Swann Street, they confronted some strange circumstances. On August 2, 2006, the body of Robert Wone, whose murder is at the core of the Peacock documentary series Who Killed Robert Wone? was found on the second floor's guest room bed.
Peacock produced the documentary series. He was only wearing boxers, shorts, and a t-shirt that had William & Mary on it. Even though he had three knife wounds, including one to the heart, the sheet he was lying on looked almost as good as new, according to an emergency medical technician who spoke to The Washingtonian.

The event "made the hair on the back of my neck stand up," as said by EMS worker Jeffrey Baker, who talked to the media about it. Wone had spent the night at the residence of his polyamorous friends Dylan Ward, Joseph Price, and Victor Zaborsky in Washington, District of Columbia. After a late night of work in the city, Wone stayed with the guys since he committed the next morning, which required him to be at work early.
After retiring to their bedrooms at midnight, the two men reported to authorities that an armed intruder had entered the house and stabbed Wone in the guest room before fleeing the scene. Detectives observed in affidavits published by Washington that there was minimal blood splatter and that the bed sheets seemed to have been changed, both of which imply that the purported intruder took the time to clean up after themselves.

The peculiar nature of the affair became stranger as Deputy Medical Examiner Lois Goslinski performed an autopsy on Wone. She found "several needle puncture marks" on multiple areas of Wone's body, as stated in the affidavit that was used to secure his arrest. These portions consisted of his foot, neck, and breast, respectively. Wone was found to have puncture wounds, even though the paramedics who treated him denied having caused them, and his wife Katherine Yu was unaware that he had them until August 2nd.
In addition, Goslinski observed that each of the three puncture wounds had a "precise, slit-like" appearance, indicating that they had been "methodically" inflicted. The document claims that the victim displayed indications of having been asphyxiated in addition to stab wounds and puncture marks. Yet, the statement also states that the victim's arms did not reveal any defensive wounds.

According to the evidence in the affidavit, Goslinoski hypothesized that Wone was "alive but incapacitated" when the stabbing wounds were administered. Wone responded, "There are various incapacitating or paralytic drugs for which no testing was undertaken." This was in response to the question of how she lost consciousness. One of the most surprising findings was the fact that there was sperm found in Wone's anal cavity.
Because Mr. Wone's DNA matched the DNA found, the results are "suggestive of Mr. Wone having been sexually abused," according to Goslinoski's interpretation of the findings. Goslinoski concluded that Wone had passed away due to the stab wounds he sustained and that how he had been killed constituted homicide. The mystery surrounding Wone's death has never been clarified, and the person or people responsible have never been brought to justice. Although they are convinced that their friend was killed at his house, Ward, Price, and Zaborsky have declined to discuss their beliefs with the filmmakers.
