Meet Timothy Mowry, Father To Noughties Tween Queens Tia And Tamera Mowry

Timothy Mowry, full name Timothy John Mowry, Tia and Tamera Mowry’s dad, was born on January 4, 1957, in Miami, Florida. He met his future wife, Darlene Renee Flowers, in high school in Miami.

Following graduation, they both enlisted in the US Army, where they served side by side for more than a decade. Timothy achieved the rank of first sergeant and led a battalion. It was in Germany where he was stationed when his twin daughters were born in 1978.
