Jared Fogle has two children, Quinn Fogle and Brady Fogle. He shared them with Kathleen McLaughlin, his wife. Kathleen and Jared married in July 2010 after dating for over ten years.

Kathleen stated in a new interview with "CBS This Morning" that she "didn't know anything about his involvement" in child sex offenses until the FBI showed up at their Zionsville, Indiana, home last year, where they lived with their two children. 

"That's how I found out, they arrived and you’re in shock,” said Kathleen.

When questioned if she understood what was going on at the time, Kathleen said, “No. No, I didn’t understand any of that, to be honest. I mean, you’re just… crazy because the FBI shouldn’t be in your house.” Kathleen told CBS that her husband had "two lives.".

“You know, he was home with me and the kids in one life, and he was away in another life, and he was able to keep them apart in ways he couldn’t even imagine,”  she explained.

Kathleen, who has reverted to her maiden name McLaughlin, would receive $7 million in addition to exclusive custody of the former couple's two children, Brady and Quinn, as well as legal and physical custody, according to Boone County Superior Court records acquired by ET.

Kathleen allegedly "worked tirelessly" to “provide a sense of safety and normalcy for [the couple’s] young children,” according to the divorce documents. She says she avoids her previous home state of Indiana because of "intense media scrutiny." According to the paperwork, she and Fogle's former marriage is "irretrievably broken and should dissolve."

According to the information obtained, Jared has not seen his children in person since August 2015. He wanted regular parenting time while incarcerated, but Kathleen's lawyer opposed it, claiming in the divorce petition: 

"The father is a recognized pedophile and consumer of child pornography. The father's potential harm to the children is evident and unacceptable."

She did, however, agree to let Jared call and talk with the kids.

Kathleen’s statement to the media reads: 

“My focus is solely on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will comment further on this matter. I appreciate respecting my family’s privacy at this difficult time.”

“A year ago, I was in shock: My only priority was protecting my children,” Kathleen said, adding that “a lot of questions have come up” in the months since.

“I have a three-year-old and a five-year-old asking me about the prison and where their father is,” she said. “I’m not going to lie to my kids and as they get older they will ask more questions and I want to answer them.”

Brady Fogle is the elder brother of Quinn Fogle. When his father was jailed, he was four years old, while his sister was just two. In 2023, he should be at least 11 years old.

Quinn Fogle is the younger of Jared Fogle’s two children. Ella Quinn was just two years old when her father was imprisoned in 2015. So, by March 2023, she should be above the age of nine. As previously indicated, Jared's ex-wife undoubtedly has custody of her and is unaware of her present location.
