Guy Tweets About How A Passenger Refused To Swap Their Middle Seat On The Plane, Gets Labeled 'Entitled'
Zack Bornstein made a joke about people who like middle seats, and it got everyone on Twitter talking big time
Zack's tweet highlighted a situation many would find perplexing—offering the aisle seat to the middle-seat occupant, only to be declined.
The online community couldn't understand the reason why this passenger insisted on sitting on this seat. The middle seat is often regarded as the least desirable because of its lack of easy access to the aisle and toilet, as well as its limited view.
Zack just posted a harmless tweet, but some folks jumped to thinking he's acting entitled
Some people thought Zack might be up to something sneaky, trying to "manipulate" plane seats for more leg room, if not being entitled
But some folks said there's nothing odd about choosing the middle seat; it's just a matter of personal preference
But then others stuck up for the person in the middle seat. They said maybe that person just likes it there, finds it comfy, or feels less stressed during flights. Some even mentioned that airlines charging more for better seats might've made Zack and his girlfriend end up in this odd seating setup.
So, Zack thought a bunch of those negative replies were a bit crazy
On the flip side, some people either stood up against the hate or shared their own stories
So, what do you think? Is picking the middle seat strange? How would you handle this puzzle? Join the chat in the comments below!
