Teen Honors Stepmom And Introduces Her As His Parent In Front Of His Bio Mom To Say That Nurturing Is More Important Than Bio Ties
On the r/AmItheA**hole, a teen posted a story with a question, "AITA for giving my graduation ticket to my "stepmom" and introducing her as my parent?" In the post, he detailed that he recently hurt his mother by giving his dad, stepmom, and stepbrother his graduation ticket while refusing to give one to his biological mom.
He explained that his biological mom left him with his dad when he was only 6 months old, while his stepmother has been beside him and has taken care of him until now. So, he felt that honoring his stepmother at this graduation was justified.
