#1. TIBET -  Yamdrok Lake / Everest Base Camp / Namtso Lake - Roof the World

This photo was taken at the Mt Everest base camp. Lhasa, Everest Base Camp, and Namtso Lake are one of the most scenic tours in Tibet. It includes visiting the most beautiful natural areas in Central and Northern Tibet.
You will see Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glaciers, Brahmaputra River, vast grasslands, Namtso Lake, and, of course, the stunning Mount Everest. We will also see historical and religious places: Palaces, monasteries, and temples.

#3.GUANGXI - Longji - Green Paddy Field

The Longji Rice Terraces ('Dragon Backbone' Rice Terraces) is an incredible farm engineering phenomenon in a remote mountain area of Guilin Prefecture. Longji's famed rice terraces' main terraced areas are the Ping'an Rice Terraces, Jinkeng Rice Terraces, and Longji Old Zhuang Rice Terraces.

They offer some of the most fantastic scenery in China or indeed the world. Shutterbugs and hikers are always attracted by the reflecting water-filled terraces (mainly in May), glowing yellow-eared rice fields (from late September to early October), as well as the sunrises and sunsets.

Kanas Lake in the valley of Altai Mountains, Altay, north corner of Xinjiang, is one of the most charming and top destinations in Xinjiang. The scenic area, most known for Kanas Lake Monster, boasts an incredible fairyland-like natural landscape: an aquamarine lake flowing through green dense forests covered peaks, snowy mountains standing in the distance, a misty lake with colorful autumn birch trees forming a watercolor painting, and serene wooden houses and ancient lifestyle well-preserved in the Tuva villages.

Qinghai Province is located in the northeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with abundant tourism resources in the territory, with its unique features of vast pastureland, wildlife resources of Hox Xil, well-known Qinghai Lake, featured Ta'er monastery and profound culture of Qinghai Plateau.

The natural scenery of Qinghai is magnificent, bold, and unrestrained, and has unique plateau characteristics. The unique plateau climate is another natural resource of Qinghai. When the summer season is high, when the heatwave and heat on the mainland are very hard to endure, it is refreshing and pleasant here.

#8. GANSU - Gannan - Vast Grassland

Gānnán Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is an autonomous prefecture in southern Gansu Province, China, bordering Linxia to the north, Dingxi to the northeast, Longnan to the east, and Aba to the south. It includes Xiahe and the Labrang Monastery, Luqu, Maqu and other mostly Tibetan towns and villages


 

#9. INNER MONGOLIA - Badain Jaran - Sand Dunes

The Badain Jaran Desert is made up of hundreds of dunes ranging from small to large. Most of the mega dunes in the desert average about 400 meters (1,300 ft) from the base while the rest average around 200 meters (660 ft). Out of all the mega dunes, the Bilutu Peak ("bì lǔ tú fēng") is the most famous.
