CSI Vegas “Fractured” Recap: Season 2 Episode 18

CSI Vegas Season 2 Episode 18 Recap CSI Vegas Season 2 Episode 18 Recap
There is no use in bombing a casino. Several casinos were open for business, as expected in Las Vegas. For what reason was a bomb placed above this door? The casino eventually became an obstacle to the survival of a certain type of tortoise. There have been calls from some community eco-warriors to move the casino. It was stuck in place, unfortunately. The proprietor was low on funds and needed to renew his gambling license, so he threw a party and invited all the investors he could find. To begin building, he required more capital than he had available. The building of the casino could now be permanently postponed.
Environmentalists would not need to resort to bombing a city to make a difference. They had a sizable presence at the protest location. Since investors were being frightened away, the nonviolent resistance worked. Whoever bombed the party likely had another, more sinister reason in mind or was using the protest as a mask for their sociopathic tendencies. After a second bomb went off nearby, this was the most reasonable theory to propose. The second explosion knocked Josh to the floor.
He felt the need to seek medical treatment, so he boarded an ambulance to the nearest hospital. All he asked for was for them to keep playing out the scenario. They were delayed since they didn't know if any further gadgets existed. There was almost a violent confrontation between the bomb squad and Maxine. They had to double-check the situation at her insistence. She also said that once they were done, one would take a short walk with her. To make sure it was safe to go outdoors and explore. Maxine meant every word. Before calling in her squad, she had a Bomb Squad member join her while she examined the area. All the evidence they could locate was collected.

Most of the partygoers were cheering for the casino to be successful, and they made sure the injured were taken care of. All save one, that is. One young woman, in particular, stood out among the protesters. She broke the rules and entered the meeting, where she said she intended to cause a commotion. Not this bombing, though. Her accusation prompted the Las Vegas Police Department to interrogate her formally. Meanwhile, Beau was at the crime scene, trying to understand what had happened there.
He told them there was nothing else explosive left. The propane tank was accidentally pierced by shrapnel from the initial explosion. The ruptured propane tank caught fire at the first sign of ignition. Almost at the same time, Josh approached. The bomber's original target was far lower. Likely, they exploded a small explosive inside the tent to scare away possible backers. They also had one person in mind as a target. They wouldn't have included shrapnel in the device if their goal were to harm themselves. Under the craps table was where the gadget was placed. Someone at the table knew Bart Flynn's penchant for behind-the-scenes labor and devised a plan to eliminate him.
Bart owned the gambling establishment. There would be no casino if he weren't around. His only kid, Haley, seems to be the only one who will miss him. Haley came to the scene to enquire about her father and began sobbing hysterically when she learned he had passed away. Haley also managed to mislead the police. Haley said she had to work and didn't attend the party. She claimed she was unfamiliar with the region and had never seen anything unusual.

She kept up the pretense till they came and confirmed her suspicions. She eventually admitted that she had helped set up the gaming tables. Later, she tried to backtrack and claim that her vivid imagination was to blame. Stress caused her to forget an important detail. Catherine pretended to be engaged in the conversation. She reached out a helping palm but only wanted to take a photo of Haley's hand. The tool is without use. The identical nail to the one found in the bomb site chaos. Haley figured out Catherine's scheme. She then rushed out of the room after threatening to get a lawyer. Haley's accusers had very little to work with. She walked into the thick of the celebration.
Someone who could be trusted put her there. The witness further testified that she saw Haley sneak out of the party without her mask, which is standard procedure for help. CSI collected every scrap of evidence they could find at the scene. They use several different masks. They were putting them through their paces to determine which one Haley had used. They eventually prevailed. Using the evidence they had collected, they questioned Haley officially.
She said that she had been the one to allow the protester entry to the party, and then she left without saying goodbye. Although Rhonda claims she was unaware of the plot to blow up the building, she did not set off the bomb. The evidence comprised a crucial piece pointing to a different motivation than eco-terrorism. The tavern/casino owner who oversaw the establishment backing Bart's land was to blame. And an old guy will spend his dying days in prison because he lacks the intestinal strength to avoid serving out his sentence. After learning that Trey was a drug dealer who had accidentally killed a customer, Josh also decided to stay away from the medical facility. Trey's arrest was a must for Josh.
