Italy – 1934, 1938

The Azzurri have participated in 18 of the 22 editions of the World Cup, and they have made it to the finals on six separate occasions. After competing in the World Cup for the first time in 1934, Italy became the first nation to win the tournament back-to-back for two consecutive years.
