In recent times, Cristiano Ronaldo has been at the center of a storm raging in the media. The legendary Portuguese player had difficulty breaking into Manchester United's starting eleven this season. Even when he did get a chance to play, he did not appear to be performing anywhere near his capabilities. The legendary player from Real Madrid's chat with football journalist Piers Morgan was not well received by many football fans. Carlo Ancelotti hails Cristiano Ronaldo. 
Ronaldo is a free agent after his split with Manchester United, which occurred some time ago. There have been rumblings about relocating to Saudi Arabia, but as of right now, nothing has been confirmed.

Ronaldo is now participating in the World Cup with the Portugal national team.  During their time together at Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti did serve as Ronaldo's manager for two years, and he was an essential cog in the delivery of La Decima. And from the Italian's point of view, he was not at all a challenging player to handle. According to 90min's report, the manager was quoted as saying to Corriere Dello Sport:
"During the two years that I served as his coach, we never had any issues. In point of fact, he worked out the answers for me. Because Cristiano trains so well and is so attentive to the smallest of details, I had no trouble keeping track of anything. He is a phenomenally talented player.

It should be no surprise that Ronaldo experienced great success while Ancelotti was serving as his manager. At that precise moment in time, the Portuguese superstar was operating at the pinnacle of his abilities. The most intriguing question to answer at this point is, however, regarding Ronaldo's future club. After how things turned out at Manchester United, it is difficult to imagine him playing for a top European club in the future. However, there is no denying the star power that he exudes. On the other hand, in the wake of Gabriel Jesus' injury, a brief stint at Arsenal has been mooted by several as an alternative option.
