9 Celebrities Who Are Actually Awful Parents

Some of these celebrities grew to deeply regret their actions; in fact, Alec Baldwin had publicly stated that he became suicidal when his nasty voicemail to his daughter was leaked. That doesn't stop the bell from ringing, though, and some of the celebs on our list are sure to have plenty of "fun" chats with their kids about some of the absurd things they've done. Celebrities being awful parents are nothing new.
Imagine, for a moment, the ridicule that Farrah Abraham's kid would face. One Indian couple made headlines for giving their child the name of a Mongolian conqueror; they're not alone on our list. Tom Cruise's shockingly long absences from Suri and Eddie Murphy's treatment of Mel B are just two examples that can leave you dumbfounded at their "parenting" abilities. Celebrities are really bad parents.

1. Mila Kunis

Without Mila Kunis's interview with Babble, no one would have heard about the next story. Kunis made a possibly fatal parenting error when she forgot to buckle her daughter in during a 2-hour road journey. "She was quiet, so I looked in the rearview mirror to ensure everything was good. She was smiling but not buckled up."

2. Kris Jenner

You can trust your parents to help you make challenging decisions in life. Kim Kardashian blamed Caitlyn Jenner for her misgivings over stripping for Hugh Hefner. "I regret Playboy. Uncomfortable. "They may never ask you again," Caitlyn added. Not yet. Kim told Access Hollywood, "Do it, and you'll have gorgeous images when you're my age."

3. Hasselhoff

David Hasselhoff has had many fantastic moments in his career, but his lowlight was captured on her daughter's phone as he ate cheeseburgers on the floor. Hasselhoff's ex-wife was upset over the tape and her daughter's role. "I don't want my daughter video him so he can see himself drunk. She's not the parent, and I don't want her performing the parental position. This is a cry for help."

4. Tom Cruise

As an actor, Tom Cruise is top-notch, and there have been several accounts of his total immersion in each performance. He plays many roles, but unfortunately, one of the worst would be a father to his daughter Suri. A report from 2016 stated that it had been more than a year since he had seen Suri, who lives with his ex-wife Katie Holmes. Later in the year, it was claimed that Cruise had spent five consecutive days with her (amazing! ), so at least he's trying to be a better father.

5. Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson may have wanted the world to see his son Prince Michael the 2nd in 2002, but it wasn't a nice look. A drop by Michael would have killed the 9-month-old. Jackson said, "I give no excuses. I was caught up in the moment. I would never purposefully imperil my children."

6. Alicia Silverstone

Alicia Silverstone is most known for her part in Batman Forever. Still, she has also written a self-help book, The Kind Mama: A Simple Guide To Supercharged Fertility, a Radiant Pregnancy, a Sweeter Birth, and a Healthier, More Beautiful Beginning. Some of Silverstone's parenting practices, notably her dislike of diapers, aroused debate in the book. "Infants who are kept in diapers all day grow out of sync with their bodies...because they get used to walking about in a toilet, it can be hard for a tiny child to retrain how to pay attention to this urge and do something about it. So move away from the Pampers."

7. Madonna

Next, Madonna's comment is a matter of taste. If you like letting your kids read and learn about the news, you may not like Madonna's policy. "I was raised without [television]. I didn't miss anything. TV is poison. No one talks about it around here. We have TVs, but they're only linked up to movies. We don't have magazines or newspapers, either."

8. Farrah Abraham

Farrah Abraham's filthy conduct is heartbreaking, considering she became famous on Teen Mom. Multiple sex recordings, including Farrah 2: Backdoor and More, have been damaging. Abraham has claimed she regrets her time in the "other" industry, but she'll have to explain it to her kid someday. Abraham has also reportedly pole danced to pay the bills.

9. Britney Spears

In 2006, Spears drove away from photographers with her 4-month-old kid on her lap; an action was caught on camera by the reporters she was trying to avoid. "I feared the physically hostile paparazzi would endanger my kid and me. I took precautions to protect my kid and myself, but the photographers followed us. Spears said she'd do everything to protect her son.
