The “Posh Spice” of Spice Girls allegedly implanted her breast in 1999, and then another in 2006. At that time, she refused all rumors about her boobs job. But in 2016, she showed regret for the procedure in a letter to her younger self for British Vogue: "I should probably say, don't mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it – stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you've got."

“The Hills” star Heidi Montag underwent at least 10 procedures at the age of 23, including a brow lift, a chin reduction, and also Botox injections. In an interview with Cosmopolitan in 2019, the actress shared that she wished she hadn't taken her obsession so far."I was way too young to make such a life-changing decision and was under so much pressure because it was the beginning of comment sections and negativity and hate on the internet," she continued: "I was just really self-involved at the time — like so many young people — but I was also on TV where every perceived flaw is amplified. I think I looked in the mirror a little too much. I wish I had waited and not made a decision so young because I have long-term health complications."

In one of her infamous Instagram rants, she wrote: “I think I'm getting subtle lines on my forehead, but the last time I did it my eyebrow was raised like the funny girl in the movie Just Go With It. For three weeks it wouldn't come down — it stayed up there!!!". She deleted that after that.

On The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she shared: "I've been waiting for the perfect moment to have like a going-away party for them because they weren't good to me, they didn't work for me," then continued “They work for some people, but they've got to go. And I don't ever want to see them again."

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale revealed that she had taken out her breast implants in 2020. "Prior to the surgery, I constantly felt my body was less than, and thought this change would make me feel more whole and more secure about myself," she wrote in an Instagram post. "And for a short period of time, it did. But little by little, I began struggling with minor health issues that just were not adding up — food sensitivities as well as gut issues that I thought could be caused by my implants."

Evangelista wanted to lose weight from her chin, flanks, back, thighs, and tummy. The 56-year-old claimed that after developing paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) as a result of the treatment, her livelihood had been destroyed.
