Most individuals look up to superstars and wish they could have their level of fame, wealth, and privilege. Being wealthy doesn't automatically make life easier, unfortunately. There are occasions when it even bolsters them. True, the incidence of lawsuits against famous people is far higher than that of the general population.
It's been speculated that most people save money to counteract the numerous needless expenditures that crop up throughout the year. And trust us, we don't use "frivolous" lightly. Here are eight examples of crazy things people have sued celebrities.

1. Mila Kunis

When you're a star, someone will likely use your past misdeeds to make money. Kristina Karo did it. The woman claims Mila Kunis was her first-grade classmate. Mila often visited her and developed close to her chicken, Doggie. Mila allegedly confessed after the chicken disappeared. Kristina suffered tremendous emotional turmoil. She didn't sue Mila's parents when this happened, though. She tried to scam Mila for $5,000 once she became a TV star.

Sean Combs, or Diddy, has been accused of defrauding his artists and even killing Biggie Smalls, although most of it is a conspiracy theory. Here's one more conspiracy involving the rapper. Valerie Joyce Wilson Turk sued Diddy for $1 trillion in 2011 for instigating 9/11 with Rodney King. She said he knocked down her children after destroying the WTC. She also claimed he was the father of her 23-year-old kid and took one of her "100s of zillions of dollars" casino chips.

Beyonce's stomach folding during an interview sparked rumors she didn't carry Blue Ivy Carter. Beyonce says she carried and delivered her daughter. However, the conspiracy theory persists. Tina Seals' 2014 lawsuit didn't help those rumors. The woman claimed she was Blue Ivy's biological mother, not Beyonce. This woman claims to have mothered Kim Kardashian, Kanye West's daughter North, and all three of Michael Jackson's children.

Michael Jackson died in 2009, but his estate still faces litigation from people who say he violated their rights. Given his fame, it's hardly surprising. Some lawsuits stand out. Kimberly Griggs brought a 2012 lawsuit to court. Griggs sued Michael Jackson's estate for $1 billion, alleging their connection inspired his songs. She claimed he promised to give her his music before he died.

Seeing your favorite performers live may be thrilling. Getting rowdy can be harmful. Ashleigh Johnson experienced this in 2010 after a Jonas Brothers concert at The Grove. Fans forced her against a fence, causing mental, bodily, and emotional trauma. Ashleigh has sued the persons who caused her trauma if her statements are accurate. Instead of assessing her losses and evaluating her decision, she blamed the Jonas Brothers and Caruso Management.

Kim Kardashian's divorce from Kris Humphries still makes news. Kim filed for divorce after only 72 days, but the fact that it happened after her $18 million wedding spectacular drew extra attention to her relationship difficulties. Some said it was a PR trick and boycotted Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Rob Dulaney sued Kim, Ryan Secreast, and E! for their part in a "fake wedding"

7. Jay-Z

You probably know two things about Jay-Z, even if you don't listen to his music. First, he's Beyonce's husband. He always represents Roc Nation by making a diamond with his hands. Diamond Dallas sued the rap mogul for copyright infringement in 2005, saying he invented the "Diamond Cutter" gesture in 1996. Dallas said Jay-use Z's gestures made many accuse him of mimicking him. The complaint demanded that Jay-Z stop using the gesture, but he still does it 14 years later so that you can predict the outcome.

Miley Cyrus was photographed in 2009 manipulating her face. Miley Cyrus apologized for the photo, which some deemed racially insensitive to Asians. Lucie J Kim didn't let Miley Cyrus off easy. Kim sued Miley for $4 billion, claiming she violated her civil rights. Kim felt that every Asian Pacific Islander in Los Angeles (one million) was entitled to $4,000.
