Berkeley Mews studied painting and fundamental anatomy at a local community college, where he also learned how to depict cars, the bane of every cartoonist. On the day that lockdown reached its one-year mark, he completed the book as a cartoon vulture. Like, seriously?!
Mews soon considered cartooning as a career since Steve Moore, his uncle, is a cartoonist. All of his early works were in the tradition of newspaper comics like FoxTrot and Peanuts. His comics were mostly parodies of Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z when he was in school. Meanwhile, Kevin Garvey’s - his friend, were grand and hilarious space operas. He has worked to improve his banjo-playing and establish a solid reputation in the comic industry with a few standout collection books, a sizable fan base, etc. If any of you are wondering, he does not take the income from the sale of his successful comics for granted.
