Woman Shares How Petting A Cat Can Lead To Her Almost Getting Detained In Airport, Which Surprises People

To some cat owners, petting their cats can be the most relaxing and enjoyable moment they have at home. However, sometimes, cat petting is not really a good experience. Kitties seem to be more defensive than older cats, and they intend to scratch any human who tries to pet them without knowing their purpose of approaching them.
We bet that most of you here don't ever mind a little scratch, but problems sometimes can derive from a scratch that seems harmless.
User @DaisyMaezee has recently shared the story of her getting scratched by her mom's new kitten and almost getting detained in Fiji during her flight to New Zealand. From her experience, she wants to remind people to be careful while petting a pet.
Because she got a scratch fever, her flight to New Zealand had to stop in Fiji in the middle of the way, and she was immediately taken to the quarantine zone. People thought she might get ebola, and started looking at her in horror. The girl was eventually able to convince people that she just got a scratch fever and continued her flight to New Zealand, but getting detained and isolated by people was definitely uncomfortable.
