Cats Take Over Vitamix Box With Blender Inside, So Woman Asks The Brand For Alternative Empty Boxes After 2,5 Weeks In "War"

If you have ever raised a cat, you'll know that these animals do love boxes, and they can spend all day playing with boxes. Cats also think in their way and act what they think, even though it's something their owners don't want them to do. The story below is an example of that.
On January 3rd, Jessica Gerson and her wife Nikii Gerson wrote a post to Vitamix Canada, where they had purchased a blender, regarding an odd request they had. Later in the letter, Jessica shared just how immovable a cat maybe, and asked for help from the brand.

The couple, who lived with three cats Max, George, and Lando Calrissian, shared the impossibility their blender could be unboxed after two and a half weeks it was taken over by their cats.

As soon as they put the blender package on their kitchen floor, they left it for one second, the trio introduced themselves and started playing "king of the hill" with it. And for a reason, the owners couldn't shoo them away but accepted the fact that they had to leave the blender unused for a while. During that time, updates of the struggle were all posted to the Facebook group THIS CAT IS C H O N K Y, where the issue went on under the name The Great Vitamix Incident of 2021, or Appliancegate.

However, requesting new units for their three cats was apparently a ridiculous idea. Instead, the couple asked for empty blender boxes, and that might be a perfect solution to the problem. Jessica's long open letter to Vitamix was attached with the latest updates of the package so that they could understand how desperate the situation was. Please check out the original post here.

In response, the band agreed with the request although it was strange and weird. However, they knew it was their client's benefit to be able to enjoy the blender, so in a reply letter, Vitamix promised to deliver them those boxes quickly.
