Indonesian Man Married A Rice Cooker, But The Marriage Lasted For 4 Days Only

Marriage is a serious business. It decides the future for the next few decades of two people. For a man and a woman who fall in love with each other, marriage is the best thing they can ever expect. But have you ever heard about a marriage between a man and a thing? It may sound utterly strange, but it's true.
Khoirul Anam from Magelang, Java, Indonesia, publicly announced his wedding and posted photos of the nuptial ceremony on his Facebook. In those pictures,  Khoirul wore traditional white wedding attire. And his "bride," surprisingly, was a rice cooker. The electrical bride appeared in a white veil by its man; they did the ceremony and signed the documents together in front of people.

According to Khoirul, he married the rice cooker because it's "white, loving and obedient. Without you, my rice is not cooked." If you think this is strange enough, prepare for the next unbelievable thing. After four days only or so, Khoirul announced on his Facebook that he had divorced his wife, the rice cooker. And the heartbreaking reason was that it could only cook rice. So, in the end, when the love is gone, even the most trivial thing can put an end to a marriage.
"My decision is round... heavy indeed... but this is the way I take... no perfect partner..."
According to India Today, Khoirul Anam is known for implementing bizarre ideas to entertain his followers on social media.
