Who Is Enid Sinclair in 'Wednesday'? 5 Secrets You Don’t Know About Her

Created by Alfred Gough, Miles Millar and Tim Burton, the series follows Wednesday’s life as a student at supernatural boarding school Nevermore Academy. ‘Wednesday attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago – all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore,” a synopsis reads.
Fans of Netflix's Wednesday responded positively to the friendship between Wednesday Addams and Enid Sinclair. Who is Enid Sinclair and how Enid Sinclair and Wednesday meet?

1. Who plays Enid Sinclair in ‘Wednesday’? – Emma Myers

Who Is Enid Sinclair in Wednesday

Emma Myers plays Enid Sinclair in Wednesday. Enid is a werewolf from California, and is Wednesday's colorful and cheerful roomie at Nevermore. The role of Enid is actually Emma's biggest role to date – and she's already a standout in the entire show! Emma's previous credits include an appearance in the 2021 thriller film Girl in the Basement and the Snap Originals series Dead of Night.

2. Personality: Carefree and happy but acts distant and suspicious with normies

When we first meet Enid, she has a carefree and happy and bubbly personality. She is friendly towards everyone and is well-liked by her classmates. Enid also likes to gossip things about her schoolmates, with her personal blog being the number one source for Nevermore gossip.
Enid is quite nervous about being a late bloomer in her pack as she's scared of being exiled from her pack and finding a mate. However, thanks to the influence of Wednesday, Enid has grown up and seems to be more mature, telling her own mother that she won't wolf out as she expects and instead she will do it at her own rhythm, not caring anymore about what her mother or anyone thinks about herself.
She also tells Wednesday that is aware of her own bad treats, but will not apologize anymore. Because it makes her what she is. Like many outcasts, Enid acts distant and suspicious with normies, as seen when she asks Wednesday if she can actually trust a normie to help her.

3. Powers: Lycanthropy

As a werewolf throughout the course of Season One, Enid does not tend to show any werewolf powers due to being "a late bloomer," only to show her multi-colored claws instead of "wolfing out" whenever she shows any emotions. In the season finale, Enid does eventually "wolf out" into her werewolf form in the middle of the woods (during a full blood moon) and comes to Wednesday's aid to defeat a Hyde.

5. Enid & Wednesday Attracted Each Other

With all the clear-cut differences that exist between Wednesday and Enid as individual characters, there's very little grounds for a healthy romantic relationship to evolve between them. At best, Wednesday's cutthroat disregard for authority has taught Enid to stand up for herself against her oppressive mother, and Enid has taught Wednesday to be more thoughtful of how her actions impact other people. That's still not a strong enough foundation for a romantic relationship, especially not without fulfilling the "opposites attract" romance trope, in which one or both characters has to be drastically changed to accommodate it.
