There are numerous solutions available for pet owners to handle the situation when they are unable to raise their pets. They can surely try asking family and friends to take care of their animal. Besides, seeking assistance from a shelter or animal organization can also be a good way to make sure that their pets will receive good care in the future. We believe this is at least what pet owners could do when they don’t want their animals anymore. However, there are still countless numbers of stray animals out there that have been cruelly abandoned by their owners. It’s truly heartbreaking, but today we have a story about a dog who was luckily saved after spending so long locked up alone in a landfill.

The owner abandoned the puppy and tied her next to a rock with the message: "Unlucky Puppy - Help Me."

An abandoned puppy was found by a good Samaritan, who then quickly contacted Hope For Pets to report the case. Along with the abandoned puppy, her owner left a heartbreaking text: "Unlucky Puppy, Help Me". And nobody in the neighborhood seems to have any information about the puppy, who was abandoned early in the morning.

At first, since the rescuer was afraid of dogs, she dared not approach the pup. However, she immediately realized that the little dog was searching for something. Though the poor canine was lying next to a rock when rescuers found her, her eyes were always looking toward the opposite side of the trail. Sadly, the owner had gone and was never going to come get her.

She was most likely left behind by a stranger, who then tied her to the stone.

Thankfully, the puppy is in perfect health, but her body odor is awful. She simply needs to be cleaned up to return to her adorable puppy form. And the little canine appeared to be very enjoying herself when the rescuers showered her.

Quickly, she revealed her true personality as a very energetic and affectionate dog.
