The trailer starts by mentioning a mutiny. "When you break the chain of command, we call that a mutiny. A mutiny calls for a determination of every party involved", fire chief Natasha Ross explains.
The munity Ross mentions is no other than Station 19's munity against Sean Beckett. It seems like Sean Beckett's career is falling apart due to his drinking habit. He is often seen in a state in which he is too drunk to do his job properly. It even got to the point where his mistake caused the death of Station 88’s lieutenant Cooper.

And in the previous episode, we saw Andy had a change of mind. After everything that had happened, she decided to turn her back from Beckett. She then led the others into mutiny. They all ignored Beckett’s orders, pretended like he didn’t exist while following Andy’s command. However, they soon realized things might not work out well like they thought.
At the station, Ross is absolutely frustrated when she found out about the munity. While she made sure that Beckett has to take responsibility for his action, she couldn't stand the "rebellious" actions. She warned the station that this whole munity thing could make all of them lose their jobs.

We get to see a glimpse of the episode's rescue in the trailer. It seems like a hiking accident, and it's definitely not an easy rescue. The team get into a rock cave. Maya decides to climb down a narrow, rocky cliff to rescue the victim. However, she is put in a dangerous situation as it seems like she is having breathing problem. Her hands start getting shaky, and it looks like Maya might fall down at any moment. We will have to wait and see what might happen to Maya.
