This is a picture of two puppies abandoned in front of the Bao Hoa Son temple in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. On a busy and dangerous street, the only thing they could do was hold each other tightly and never let go because they were so scared.

And what made this story sweeter the most was how the big pup looked out for the little one. Adorably, he protected the smaller one by holding him so closely in his arms.

The pictures of the puppies have made their way all over the internet, and many people have been deeply moved by their cuteness. However, many animal lovers also find the pictures distressing, as they believe the dogs are deeply traumatized.

Luckily, the adorable pair were then spotted by a Buddhist nun working in the temple. The nun surely was moved by what she saw, so she decided to take these adorable babies to the temple and provide them with a loving home.

After getting to the temple, they gave the bigger pup the name Lu, and his little brother was called Ly. While they were now in a safe place, these puppies remained inseparable. The younger one, with sleek jet-black fur, always lay quietly in the comforting arm of his golden brother. He often gazed at the world passing by as if to say, "As long as I have my brother, I fear nothing in this world."

After being saved, the two little brothers adapted to their new environment without any difficulty, and they later became wonderful temple members. They are loved and cared for by both people living in the temple and visitors.
