The third episode of Power Book II: Ghost Season 3 is called “Human Capital”. It officially airs on March 31st through STARZ. According to the synopsis, in this episode, Tariq and the rest of the team must figure out how to distribute the product on an even larger scale. Meanwhile, tensions increase among the Tejadas when Lorenzo's secret becomes an advantage for Cane, and Saxe takes a further step in investigating the Theo Rollins case.

At the beginning of the preview, we can see Obi standing face-to-face with Tariq, Brayden and Effie in an intense atmosphere. Obi points his finger at a picture of Diana. He drops a bombshell by threatening to kill Diana. "Million dollars in hand next time I see you, or she dies", he says. During this part, we also get a glimpse of a scene where someone steps into Diana's room.
It's certain that Obi is going to use Diana to force the team to complete their mission as soon as possible, even though we don't know if Noma knows about his action. Tariq and his team have fallen into such an urgent situation, with Diana's life being put at risk. If they don't move fast now, Diana might die at any moment.

Based on the promo of the next episode, we can be sure that Kevin Whitman is definitely trying to throw Monet in jail. He mentions Carrie's tragic death, which Monet framed as a suicide, and the fact that Monet is Carrie's killer in a meeting with someone.
