His freelancing skills landed him prestigious gigs with the likes of the Saturday Evening Post and the Wall Street Journal.
Oh, and let's not forget his successful syndication of "Sidelines," a sports panel cartoon. Bill's humor cards for Hallmark have won multiple awards, proving he's got the jokes.
