The jury's decision, announced on Monday, convicted Majors on two of the four domestic violence charges.
Majors, 34, faces up to a year in prison and has been dropped from upcoming Marvel films.
Majors pursed his lips and glanced downwards as their decision was read aloud in court, according to court reporters.
The crime was committed in New York while the couple was in a car, and Ms Jabbari noticed a text message from another woman on Major's phone that said, "Wish I was kissing you right now."
Prosecutors claim that after she seized the phone, he grabbed her, pulled her arm behind her back, and punched her in the head to get it back.
"I felt like there was a hard blow across my head," Ms Jabbari said.

During the trial, Jabbari described a disturbing incident in which she was assaulted and suffered a fractured finger, bruises, and significant pain. The prosecution presented evidence suggesting a pattern of Majors using physical and emotional violence to control his girlfriend.
Text messages and voice recordings played a pivotal role, revealing disturbing sentiments from Majors, including threats of self-harm and demands for Jabbari to emulate historical figures.
"I'm a monster. A horrible man. Not capable of love," the star texted in September 2022, threatening to commit suicide.
Majors told her she needed to act more like Coretta Scott King and Michelle Obama, the spouses of Martin Luther King and former President Barack Obama, in an argument that same month.
"I am doing great things, not just for me, but for my culture and the world," he claimed, adding that she would have to "make sacrifices" for him.

Majors, opting not to testify, maintained his innocence, with his defense arguing that he was the victim in the altercation. His lawyer emphasized that the jury did not find intent to cause physical harm. The legal battle extends beyond the courtroom, as Majors countersued Jabbari, alleging she was the aggressor.
With sentencing scheduled for February, the case highlights the pervasive issue of intimate partner violence, echoing the sentiments of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on the prevalence of psychological and emotional abuses in such cases.
Majors' lawyer claimed that his defense team is "grateful" that the jury did not find that he meant to inflict physical harm to Ms Jabbari.
"Mr Majors is grateful to God, his family, his friends, and his fans for their love and support during these harrowing eight months," Priya Chaudhry, his lawyer, said in a statement.
"Mr Majors still has faith in the process and looks forward to fully clearing his name."

After the verdict, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, whose office pursued the criminal charges, stated that the movie star's psychological and emotional assaults were "far too common across the many intimate partner violence cases we see every day."
Ms Jabbari had met Majors two years ago while working as a movement coach on the set of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.Following his imprisonment, Marvel postponed the release of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, in which Majors was set to play the major villain, until 2026.
Another picture, Magazine Dreams, which had been tipped as a possible Oscar candidate, had its release date pushed back as a result of the claims.
