Heroic Policewomen Save Poor Dog Drowning In A Canal A Split-Second

Energetic dogs love adventures so much that they occasionally jump out of the fence and leave home for a few days outside. They are bold and fearless, but their owners aren't. Because humans' civilized world is dangerous for animals, adventuresome pets will likely cause or be stuck in trouble.

Sarge was an eighty-pound dog living in Miami, Florida, who loved to run away from home to see the world. Unfortunately, on 25th September 2022, he couldn't escape the tricky situation as he had done before and ended up nearly drowning in a canal. Some local people saw him struggling to float and called for help.
As soon as they reported the case, Lighthouse Point Police Department (LHPPD) dashed to the place. Officers Sara Gianino and Allyson Steinkamp spotted the dog and tried to find a way to pull him up. Since the sea wall was so high and the tide was so low, the woofing guy couldn't get out and seemed exhausted.
The policewomen knew there were few minutes left to save the dog, so they picked a broken dock as their only option. While Officer Sara Gianino jumped into the water and swam the petrified dog to the broken dock, Officer Allyson Steinkamp stood ready on it and waited to help him land.

Unexpectedly, the King family was passing by on a boat. Charles Kings lent two officers a hand by swimming to the dock and helping lift the canine. When the dog grabbed the wooden dock, Officer Stainkamp seized his collar and pulled him to safety without forgetting to pat him several times on his back.
Realizing he was just out of the scary water and safe, Sarge waved his tail and was very grateful. The Kings family recorded the final seconds of the rescue, and Sarge was looked after by LHPPD before being returned to his home the day after. His owner, Alex Griffin, thanked two officers and the Kings family for bringing her goofy dog home.

At home, he had a girlfriend named Jenny. Griffin also revealed that Sarge had an urge for adventure and had sneaked out several times, though the family kept their eyes closed on him. The rescue was on the local news that night, and everyone would know if Sarge went out on his own terms again.
