Guy Moves Into New Apartment And Gets A "Warm Reception" From Friendly Furry Neighbor

Sofia Ajram's brother moved into his new apartment at the beginning of March 2023. He was doing his stuff when this purry guy barged in his place without asking for permission. At first, the new young man in the building thought the cat was stopping by for a little while because he was lost.

Since the gentleman loved animals, he didn't chase the cat away and let him stay as long as he wanted, thinking he would leave when he got bored. However, the way this furball roamed inside the apartment showed that he had been familiar with the place for quite a long time.

It didn't look like the cat was just stopping by to say welcome. His name was Fermin, and he was the pet of a neighbor and had always been paying visits to this apartment's previous occupant, who had been willing to let Fermin in as he pleased. As a result, the feline still saw the place as his extended territory and didn't care about the new hooman.

The next day and the day after it, Fermin dropped by Ajram's brother's apartment and checked around. Now, the man accepts his co-possession of the place and is happy to discover his apartment coming with a cat. The clips of him went viral on Ajram's Twitter. Fermin's parents created an Instagram account for him as he gets many more fans from around the world.
