13 Times Blake Lively Likened Herself To Disney Characters And Was Spot On

Like the Disney princesses in the Movies, we've all daydreamed of donning a gorgeous gown and dancing around the dance floor with our prince. Celebrities are used to dressing up to stroll the glamorous red carpet, but even they occasionally experience a fairy tale moment. Blake Lively has frequently been on the red carpet. And it appears she was inspired by our favorite Disney princesses coming down in princess-like garb.

Even though Blake has amazing flair, some of the styles that have had the largest impact are those that were influenced by Disney's iconic characters. Look back at Blake's most enchanting moments, from Cinderella to The Little Mermaid to Frozen, as her style has spanned most of the Disney Archive.

#1. Cinderella

Blake completely changed into Cinderella during the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. Her Vivienne Westwood Couture ball gown, with its full skirt and embellished bodice, was a dead ringer. She had her hair up and accessorized it with Cinderella's famous headpiece. She was obviously decked out in jewelry befitting a princess and wrote "bibbidi bobbidi bling" in the caption of an Instagram photo of her accouterments.

#2. Elsa - Frozen

She perfectly portrayed Elsa from the movie Frozen at the Cannes Film Festival with her body-hugging, ice-blue gown and hair pulled back into a ponytail. She even posted on Instagram "Let It Go."

She signed off her Instagram message with "Love always, Cruella" after attending the Michael Kors autumn 2017 catwalk show and thanking the designer for her 101 Dalmatians-inspired black-and-white ensemble and glitzy coat.

For her part in Hick in 2011, Blake famously colored her hair strawberry blonde. At the time, she enthused about her locks, adding, "I love it. I feel like Ariel." Debuting her new look in a seafoam Zuhair Murad mermaid-style gown didn't hurt either!
