Biker Rescues Stray Puppy And Takes Him Home In Her Jacket Pocket
Isn’t it just awesome to know that there are everyday heroes who step up for furry friends in need? And guess what? We've got an adorable tale that proves it! A little pup is left all alone on a quiet road, feeling lost and abandoned. But hold up, here comes a cyclist to the rescue! Yep, you heard it right. This cyclist swoops in to save the day and give that pup a new chance at life. It's not just a story; it's a heartwarming reminder that kindness knows no bounds, especially when it comes to our furry pals.
Meire Luce Andrade Abreu is a cyclist who comes from Nordestina, Bahia. She loves riding and exploring her city's streets so much that she can ride her bike in any weather, whether it's rainy or sunny. And as a fan of the sport, she shared that cycling is an excellent cure for both the body and the spirit. That’s why she is frequently spotted outside with her bike.
The weather was bad last week; however, Meire did not let her fear stop her from doing her favorite activity. However, to her surprise, what might have been a storm ended up being an unexpected meeting with a stray puppy.
Immediately, the woman decided to help this little animal by taking him home. She was urged to pick up the puppy, but she wasn’t able to transfer him home because she couldn't carry him while riding a bike.
Though at that moment she had no idea how to carry him home, there was one thing Meire was so sure of that she could not leave the puppy behind. “No! There is no way that I will go! I’ll take him right now!“ Meire said to her friend.
And at the end, she popped up with a lovely idea: She put the little dog in her shirt pocket like a mother kangaroo. This scene is super adorable. Let’s have a look at this moment:
The young dog was given the wonderful name Thor after Meire returned home with him. Additionally, he had a meeting with a veterinarian, who said that there was nothing wrong with his health.
Thor is no longer alone in this world, thanks to his new family of four canine siblings who are sure to become close friends.
