Ariana Grande Is Reportedly Dating Her "Wicked" Costar Ethan Slater
It is reported that Ariana Grande finds new love in the Emerald City. According to People, the “Thank U, Next” singer is dating Ethan Slater who will act alongside to her in the upcoming movie adaptation of Wicked.
This news comes amidst when Ariana Grande and her husband Dalton Gomez are heading for a divorce after being together for 3.5 years.

Who is Ethan Slater?
Ethan Slater plays Boq in director Jon M. Chu's upcoming adaptation of the beloved musical -- a Munchkin who is deeply in love with (but ultimately, romantically rejected by) Galinda, played by Grande. (Boq later becomes the Tin Man as Wicked sets up the world of The Wizard of Oz.) The film is slated to hit theaters in November 2024.
According to serval sources, Slater and Grande didn’t start dating until after he split from his wife, Jay. Additionally, Jay and Slater welcomed their son together last year.
A source told Entertainment Tonight, “Ariana and Ethan recently started dating. They have a lot in common and have a lot of fun. They didn't start dating until both were broken up with their significant others. Ariana and Dalton remain friends.”
Despite having no comment on her split from Gomez, the couple started separating in January.
A source told People, “They have been quietly and lovingly working on their friendship,” They added, “She was happy in Los Angeles for a couple of years. She wanted to make a life there with Dalton”. “He is super focused on his career and needs to live in Los Angeles. It's definitely been an issue for them. Dalton's career is demanding and he can't leave Los Angeles often. So when [Grande] started filming Wicked in England, they were in for a long-distance marriage.”
When it comes to Dalton, he has also been dating other people as a way to distract himself from the split.
