"One Tear In And They Charged Her $40": Woman Enraged When Learning That Her Sister Was Charged $40 For Crying During Doctor's Appointment

If people have anything to say about the US health care system, they'll say: "it sucks." Politely, people are afraid of going to a doctor for various reasons. And it's safe to say that on top of them all, the main reason must be the cost. It's absurdly high! Many people come to the hospital once and end up living to pay their bills for years. Or for some others, one visit costs them all their savings. Isn't it too much?
Well-known YouTuber Camille Johnson shared on Twitter how her little sister got charged a whopping $40 for crying during a doctor’s appointment. This is a fine example of how broken the health care system is. Apparently, the “brief emotional/behavioral assessment” cost more than the capillary blood draw, vision test, and hemoglobin test. But seriously, why on earth is a patient charged for crying during a doctor's visit? It's just ridiculous.
Camille's post has quickly gone viral on Twitter and what's better is that many people came vibing in to share their similar experiences. Now, scroll down and check it out.
