25 Times Employees Vent Their Sincere Frustrations About Work, And We All Can Relate

Daniel Figaro

If an average person's lifespan is 70 years, we spend roughly one-third of our life working in the hope of a peaceful retirement. Every one of us has the dream that when we no longer go to work, we'll have a house and a decent amount of savings for us to enjoy the rest of our life. That is the only sense of fulfillment and happiness that is true. Unfortunately, that dream is getting vaguer these days if you compare the annual income of employees and the house prices. For youngsters now, maintaining a job to keep them alive is hard. So it's almost impossible for them to have savings and houses.
This makes people think a lot about their lives, the system, their jobs. Why are the employees always the ones to do above and beyond while not getting any extra money? Why are employers always the ones to get all the benefits? Organizations have countless ways to exploit their employees to the root while keeping the wage at the minimum. Employees are not getting paid what they are worth, and that's plain sad. The frustrations are real, and a considerable number of disappointed employees voiced their thoughts on the internet. Below are 25 tweets by the working class that we believe you'll find relatable.
