Man Provokes Discussion After Giving His Dog Allergy Pills In Peanut Butter For Three Years

A man has recently shared on Reddit a 'stupid' mistake he made with his dog. The post has amassed 58.6k upvotes on the last count, and thousands of people have left their comments on this issue.
The OP (original poster) shares that he has a Jack Russell dog that he loves more than himself. Several years ago, the dog started showing some signs of an allergy, so OP started getting his dog's cured with prescribed pills.
The point was that he didn't like the dog spitting out the pills in his mouth. Therefore, he put them in peanut butter and gave them to him. It wasn't long before he learned that his dog was allergic to butter, too. Luckily, as the butter was used in a small amount, it didn't harm the dog.

Now, people show interesting reactions to OP's mistake. Most of them sympathize with OP because he didn't know his dog was allergic to butter and let him take medicine in a substance he's allergic to.
