In a company, the employees are the most important. They are the ones who directly make the product and earn revenue for the company. Each job has difficulties that employees have to handle. And in order to do that, they have to shed blood, sweat, and tears. If the bosses are the ones who have the vision, employees are the ones who make that vision reality. Therefore, the bosses should recognize the efforts and treat their employees accordingly.
