This Boss Orders Work To Be Redone, Not Knowing That Employee Is The Customer

Daniel Figaro

I'm not so sure what other people think about this, but for me, if I have a job to do, I want to do it on my own. The situation here is that I understand what exactly I need to do, so please, let me do my job. I think many can relate to this. People must hate it when someone is always there telling them to do this and that as if they have no idea what they're doing.
If that person is one of your colleagues, you can simply put on your headphones and ignore those words. But when that's your boss, things get more complicated and frustrating. Sometimes, managers really have trust issues. They can hardly conceive the fact that some employees do have insight into the work. And here, finally, there is something to ease our headache. When this employee was doing a DnD project, the boss walked in, and as usual, he demanded better work from the employee. However, the boss didn't know or care about the fact that the employee was the customer. Awkward! If only there has been a way to prevent this from happening. But then again, things may not be this funny.
