Some children have the extraordinary claim to fame of being the "hidden children" of famous people, whether they are "break babies" or the long-lost illegitimate offspring of decades before. Not all A-list parents cash in on their baby news with a magazine cover feature. Babies are announced to the world by some people only through hushed conversations, while for others, it is only when the other (secret) parent phones the tabloids.
Celebrities expecting a kid in secret are known to be more discreet about their plans than regular expectant parents. This is understandable, given that being outed usually breaks their happy relationships. Not all of the offspring of these famous people are the results of extramarital affairs. Some prominent dads had no idea their kids existed until far later.
1. Chris Brown

Singer Chris Brown, who has had a rocky relationship with their girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has been with the model for almost a year despite their on-again, off-again beginning. That is until it was revealed that he had a daughter with another lady, Nia, who was then nine months old. Photos of Chris and his baby mama-to-be, Karrueche, out on the town surfaced. Soon after, Tran stopped seeing Brown.

Eddie Murphy denied publicly after a rough breakup that he was the father of Mel B/Scary Spice's baby, Angel. A paternity test conducted after the girl's 2007 birth confirmed his fatherhood.

Hugh Grant, then 53, had three "love children" in 15 months. He has two children with Tinglan Hong. Together with Swedish TV producer Anna Eberstein, they conceived their third child, a son. As it turns out, both Eberstein and Hong were expecting around the same time. It wasn't until nearly a year after the birth of Eberstein's kid that it became public knowledge that Grant was the child's biological father.

The world was taken aback in 2013 when Simon Cowell, a reality TV judge, and music industry billionaire, announced he would be a father. And the fact that his infidelity resulted in a hidden love kid was even more stunning. Cowell began having an affair with his best friend's wife behind his back, leading to his inclusion as a co-respondent in the couple's divorce filings.

Perhaps one of the more famous fathers of a secret child, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler had a daughter with the groupie Bebe Buell, but he didn't know it until many years later. That small kid is now the famous actress Liv Tyler. Until she was eight years old, Liv assumed that Todd Rundgren was her father.
6. Arnold Schwarzenegger

In 2010, then-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger disclosed that he had fathered a kid with a member of his home staff. The boy had already been around for almost ten years by that point. Schwarzenegger and his wife of 25 years, Maria Shriver, divorced after hearing the news.

It's been said that Charlie Heaton, who plays Will Byers on Stranger Things, had a son with his ex-girlfriend Akiko Matsuura. In 2014, when the couple was still a part of the band Comanechi, they had a child.

Tom Jones had a son, Jon Jones, with his mistress Katherine Berkery in the 1980s. However, she didn't come clean about Jon's paternity until he was 14 months old. Jones was ordered to start paying child support after a paternity test confirmed their relationship. Jones did not publicly or privately admit his son's existence until decades later, and even then, he refused to have any contact with him.
9. Ludacris

Primary custody of the "break kid" he fathered while split from ex-girlfriend Eudoxie was awarded to Ludacris in 2015. According to his baby's mom, Tamika Fuller, he tried to pay her for an abortion, but she refused. Some people speculated that Ludacris's marriage to Eudoxie was an attempt to bolster his custody case.
10. 50 Cent

50 Cent didn't come out as his son's father until TMZ exposed him. In 2013, court records were discovered that said that
50 Cent and model Daphne Joy shared a "child." That kid is Sire, 50's youngest son.
