During the shooting of her movie The Canyons, Lindsay had a topless scene coming up. But before she took off her clothes, she asked the 10-man crew in the room to strip down to their underwear to make her feel more at ease. At first, they were a bit reluctant, probably thinking "Uh, Lindsay, we're not sure this is in our job description..." But eventually, they gave in, and the scene was shot "smooth as silk," or rather, "smooth as cotton briefs."
Back in 1999, Mike recorded all his lines for the movie, but when he saw a rough cut, he gave the studio a nightmare by demanding to start from scratch. Apparently, he wasn't satisfied with his over-the-top Canadian accent. But the problem was, they'd already animated a third of his scenes, so the studio had to spend a whopping $5 million to redo everything. But in the end, it was worth it. The accent was far better, and Jeffrey Katzenberg, the big boss of DreamWorks Animation, was happy.
Anyway, fast forward to when he's on a movie set that's supposed to be heaven and he's not happy with the design. He's like, "I can't play this scene. It's nothing like this. I've been to heaven and it doesn't look like this. That sofa's all wrong. That mirror is ridiculous. They don't even have mirrors!" Come on Gary, maybe let the director and set designer have a little creative license? After all, they probably haven't had the same "near-death" experience as you!
And that's not even the best part - his perk package is straight-up bonkers. He's got a deluxe three-bedroom suite, personal gym equipment (because, you know, normal gyms aren't good enough for the Terminator), and all sorts of other luxuries. But there's more - he also wants a say in hiring crew members, chefs, makeup artists, and even co-stars.
The problem was, the New Girl production team had already invited Khloé Kardashian and Kris Jenner to be part of the show. Oops. When Prince found out, he was not impressed. Lamorne Morris, who played Winston on the show, said Prince saw the Kardashians on the screen and was like, "What are the blank blanks doing here?" Apparently, he didn't think they were worthy of being at a Prince's party. But hey, we’re pretty sure Prince's parties were reserved for the crème de la crème, not reality TV stars.
