Pixar And Disney Started D23 Off With A Bang

Over the decades, Pixar and Disney Animation have produced plenty of movies that create everlasting memories for everyone. For kids, animated films not only provide a form of Entertainment but teach them important, valuable life lessons. For adults, Disney movies can still appeal to them for the serious themes and inspiring messages tackled within the stories. If you’re having a tough day and need a little pick-me-up, select some movies to cheer yourself up.
Recently, D23 Expo, the biennial Disney fan event, has released exciting new trailers for many of their upcoming projects. They have movie buffs’ curiosity and make them feel eager.
Below is a list of all the Pixar and Disney Animation films that were previewed at D23 this year.

#1 Elemental

Elemental’s teaser shown to the crowd at D23 was an incomplete piece of art but a piece of art nonetheless. The movie is about a love story of two elements: a girl made of fire, named Ember, and a boy made of water, named Wade. Despite their differences and the impossibility of being together, they have feelings together.

#2 Win or Lose

“Win or Lose” is a project of Pixar. The show follows a young co-ed softball team. Each episode will observe the same exact story, from the perspective of a different character. The movie will release on Disney+ in 2023.

#3 Elio

Pixar announced a new movie called Elio, which tells a story of a young outcast who suddenly becomes Earth’s intergalactic ambassador. Elio stars America Ferrera and Yonas Kibreab and debuts in spring 2024.

#4 Inside Out 2

Riley and her many complicated emotions are back for a sequel to one of Pixar’s most beloved movies of the last decade. Inside Out 2 picks Riley’s story back up in her teenage years and brings back Amy Poehler as Joy. Inside Out 2 is due out in the summer of 2024.

#5 Iwájú

Iwájú showed off a teaser that was a bright and vibrant experience. It is a new collaborative movie between Disney Animation and pan-African animation studio Kugali that takes place in a fictional version of Lagos, Nigeria. Iwájú, a coming-of-age animated series, touches down on Disney+ in 2023.

#6 Strange World

“Strange World” is a big movie project by Disney. The movie is about an intergalactic adventure of a dysfunctional family as they try to escape a group of what looked like aliens mixed with spiders. It will hit on Thanksgiving festival.

#7 Wish

Wish, a new movie from Disney Animation Studio follows a young girl named Asha who wishes on a star and gets a more direct answer than she bargained for when a trouble-making star comes down from the sky to join her. the filmmaker combines watercolor with CG animation to the film more fantastic.
