16 Times People Discovered Infuriating Things About Their Homes

Many of us probably had the idea that by the time we turned 25, we would have a well-paying career, a place to live, and perhaps a family. Can someone explain how a middle-aged man with the average salary can afford to buy their first home? The average person could not afford even a one-bedroom apartment at the other end of the city. Unless you started selling NFTs or bought Bitcoin early enough, consider yourself lucky.
Not everyone was fortunate enough to find a rich spouse or partner, or they came from a wealthy household. Of course, borrowing money is a possibility (because a student loan wasn't sufficient). You'd understand how annoying some things may be if you've ever lived in a rented apartment, a flatshare, or any other sort of housing that essentially isn't your own (including your parents' homes).
These are some of the moderately aggravating things people have in their leased houses, from living with 3/4 of an electrical socket and 1/3 of the outlet to a "thermostat" hanging on a nail like it's some type of art to landlords refusing to fix a shower you wouldn't dare call a shower.
Scroll down to see some of the most upsetting examples that we've hand-picked, and be sure to tell us what's been driving you crazy at home in the comments area!
