9 Details That Are Often Seen In Movies But Can Never Happen In Real Life

Even the most brilliant filmmakers can make sure that there are mistakes in their movies. These can be historical inaccuracies irrelevant costumes, or simple goofs. When viewers seem to consider them unavoidable because the movie contains so many small details which might go wrong sometimes. Anyway, these movie cliches have still become an eyesore to many viewers.
In general, the idea of screenwriters is now quite obvious. We can easily guess what happens next when some same old signals in Movies come in, including an easy escape from prisoners or a fire sprinkler with a single lighter. The thing is, it may never happen in real life.

#1 A villain escapes from a fortified prison.

We can see this in The Silence of the Lambs and Kung Fu Panda. A villain sits in a fortified cell and their aims and legs are in chains, but they always manage to escape. The villain in the series Wednesday also performed this trick too. In reality, there's almost no opportunity for prisoners to escape.

#2 A character suddenly masters a complex skill.

In the series Wednesday, the main character claims that she doesn't have any social account or mobile phone and doesn't know how to use a computer. That's why she uses a typewriter to write her book. However, at the end of the first season, she receives a smartphone as a gift and begins using it with confidence.
Assuming she is smart enough to learn something new, she still needs time to get used to it. At the time, Wednesday scrolls down her messages as if she's been using this phone for a long time.
#3 Action heroines with amazing hairstyles and makeup.

The hairstyles and makeup of female characters look always terrific no matter what. Just look at Natasha Romanoff. She runs, sweats, fails and rolls on the dirty floor, but she still looks perfect, and her eyeshadow doesn't even get smudged.
In addition, wearing hair loose when having a fight is impractical because your opponent can grab it. Isn't it more logical to put it up in a bun or ponytail?

#4 Air ducts are always crystal clean.

Thriller and action main characters have to crawl inside air ducts sometimes, which are known as being so narrow that they can barely squeeze through them. The Stranger Things kids might have enough space inside the air ducts because the movie fans are enormous, and this seems really realistic. Sadly, the series makers didn't take one thing into account: the walls and floor of the air ducts nearly shine with cleanliness.

#5 Female secret agents and spies can’t live a day without wearing high heels.

Maybe loose hair isn’t that convenient, but it is nothing compared to high heels. The makers of Charlie’s Angels, for instance, seemed to love the fact that the 3 main heroines had to fight in high heels.

#6 Travelers wear new outfits every day.

The series Word of Honor has complicated characters and a twisted plot, but sooner or later the viewers start to ask themselves: where does the hero get his stunning outfits from? He carries only his fan, while his maid has just a fighting whip. Still, he somehow manages to alter his outfits in each new episode. Maybe he’s followed by a caravan stuffed with clothes for him, we just can’t see it.

#7 A single lighter can activate all fire sprinklers.

We’ve seen it a lot of times — a character brings a lighter to a fire sprinkler, and the whole system sets off, sprinkling water all over the place. This trick was utilized by John Constantine in the film Constantine to chase away demons. Though actually, it’s not that easy to do that.

#8 A toilet is a dangerous place in movies.

It's abnormal that not everyone goes to the toilet just to pee. In movies, if a character goes there, this means that they accidentally eavesdrop on someone's conversation, or they are probably attacked by some evil creature there.
In the first Harry Potter film, Hermione was attacked by the Troll as she was using the bathroom. And Harry found Malfoy crying in the toilet and harmed him with the spell Sectumsempra by mistake. So, a toilet is undoubtedly a dangerous place to visit.

#9 People brush their teeth without toothpaste.

The Devil Wears Prada begins with a scene where Anne Hathaway’s character is preparing for a new day. And as we can see in the shot above, she’s brushing her teeth. But there's no foam.
In real life, toothpaste is always all around our mouths when people brush our teeth. But we couldn’t catch any trace of toothpaste in Anne’s mouth. Maybe, moviemakers believe that it doesn’t look good on screen.
