The director, Quentin Tarantino, explained that the protagonist of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is Rick Dalton, portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio. Therefore, the story revolved around him. However, he promised to let Robbie’s character have more lines in the director’s cut of the movie.
Finally, the series was canceled after the pilot episode, and the actress returned to England, believing that her career was over. Thankfully, this never happened. Two weeks later, she was cast to star in the movie named Lady Macbeth.
