Modeling and acting are different arts, no doubt. A model portrays the beauty of clothing, perfume, food, or any products they work for. Meanwhile, an actor portrays reality in a make-believe setting. Film, TV, or stage. The mere similarity between the two careers is that both models and actors work in front of the cameras.
And, many models have made a leap into professional acting. They start out with minor roles or make a cameo on TV and on the silver screen. Some may star in a film or TV show, carrying its entire weight on their shoulders. Luckily, they hit the big time in their acting career, finding that acting suits their style more than posing.
