There are several reasons to not watch a movie/ TV show. The genre, the plot, the main cast, or the music. However, the main cast is first worth mentioning. The audiences just don't like an actor or find him/ her unmatched by the characters they play. So they don't welcome his/ her appearance in that movie.
Recently, Reddit user u/Thorne628 has asked people in his online community to name some actors and actresses whose movies they will not watch. The OP's questions ended up with thousands of votes and comments. People don't hold it back. A lot of expected and unexpected names are listed, being attached with quite a persuasive explanation. It's fun and exciting to read on!
Bollywood actor Salman Khan, German actor Matthias Schweighöfer, Gwyneth Paltrow, Elizabeth Moss, and Jared Leto are all named. You might be surprised because many people have the same thinking as you. It's ok to like or don't like an actor. The point is to avoid insulting them.

Then I watched Paradise City. I unironically loved it despite it not being very good, but god fucking damn it do I hate her character and for some reason her as a result. It’s not logical, it doesn’t make sense, but nope.

I loved the early seasons of Glee but she made it almost painful to watch, sometimes I would fast forward her scenes.
