It was on the engagement day of the woman’s sister and her husband’s cousin. There was a party for that event in her house’s backyard which is spacious enough for a simple BBQ. The woman was happy to have this party organized in her house. Everyone in the big family enjoyed eating around the going grills, congratulating the couple and soon-to-be bride and groom.

Everything went so well until the woman noticed something different in the face of her brother-in-law from the time when he arrived at the party. But she did not know exactly what it was until he sat down at his table with her mother-in-law, who asked him if he had trimmed his beard. That was right! But it wasn’t a big thing after he said he used the trimmer in the bathroom. The woman realized that the trimmer her brother-in-law used was surely not her trimmer or her husband's which was in their connected bathroom. It must have been the cat trimmer that was used to trim their four cats’ butt hair.

The woman asked his brother-in-law again if it was the small white trimmer in the back of the bathroom cabinet
. And he said yes. The woman, without thinking, just laughed so hard and immediately told him the real usage of the trimmer in front of everyone. Then, people around listening to this mistake also laughed his ass off. Her brother-in-law got hurt and started to become mad about that, calling them all assholes.

The woman then felt so regretful for behaving like that with
her brother-in-law that even her mother-in-law also scolded her for saying that. She decided to call to talk with him the next day. Luckily, everything finally became much better when he, later on, visited her house with his girlfriend who also laughed at him when listening to his accident. He then apologized the woman for using the stuff without asking for permission. They ended up apologizing to each other. Moreover, her brother-in-law took a picture with her cats and posted it on his Facebook, capturing “I’ve never felt closer to my SIL’s cats”, which made everyone have a hard laugh again.

But many respondents got on her side because they believed they would react the same way as she did in this unexpected situation. That was actually the fault of her brother-in-law, he knew that, but he just tried to get mad at everyone to hide his embarrassment.
