Winds Of Rage: Man Takes Revenge On His Neighbors For Letting Their Dog Bark All Day Long

An angry resident says that he’s getting revenge on his nightmare neighbors because they ignored his complaints many times about their noisy puppy.
Owen Prescott says that recently his neighbors have been leaving their dog’s new puppy to play in an outdoor area while they go out all day.

“Their puppy always barks nonstop directly at our house until they return. That’s annoying. I have to work from home. And the barking makes me crazy. My neighbors also know that, but they don’t think it’s a big problem, so they ignore it”, Owen complained in a post on Reddit.
“I’m now having to escalate the situation. My neighbors clearly lack empathy for their cute little puppy and understand why keeping it outside is annoying. Because when they return and keep it indoors, it stops barking, and they think it’s no problem. Yes. There will be nothing to say if they keep it inside or train it.”

Owen considered buying an anti-barking sonic device to address this problem. He wants to escape the torture of barking dogs. But it was very expensive for him.
So, he said he would buy loud wind chimes to get revenge on his neighbors. “These are very cheap and I will hang them near their puppy’s area to revenge. Perhaps it will be worth it for a few weeks because my other neighbors also tire of the dog barking", the man said.

Owen wants to use wind chimes to revenge on his neighbors and their puppy for the way they are torturing him. So he asked his fellow Reddit users: " Are these sounds annoying enough? If someone hung wind chimes near your house, would it irritate you?"
One user, Amaraame, answered that they are susceptible to dog whistles, which can cause migraines.

Another user encouraged: "Let’s get the wind chimes because someone can hear dog whistles.”
"The sound of your revenge-dog device is terrible. If someone like me lives near you, that will be hell. "
Other users thought this solution wouldn’t be effective in the long run.
"I think having more wind chimes will make you crazier. Not only them but you will also suffer from these noises. And I’m not sure it’s enough to compete with dog barks for long periods," user Amateur Professor wrote.
Meanwhile, other users recommended contacting animal control and complaining about the barking dog or letting it go.
"I think the problem is your neighbors leave their dogs outside alone all day. I’d call animal control and suggest your neighbors leave their dog in a crate while they’re going out," Rutabaga 1742 suggested.
