But, there are instances in which they go too far, leaving prominent individuals feeling confused or even humiliated. Our heroes, on the other hand, are equipped with the wit and elegance necessary to respond adroitly to such penetrating questions.

1. Celine Dion

The TV presenter took up a magazine and said to Celine Dion while chatting, "Look at him, he's wonderful, but look at his hair." The magazine had a picture of Celine Dion and her kid. When are you planning on getting your hair cut? A swift response came from Celine, who said, "People will always find something to be dissatisfied about. Everyone will be wondering "Why so short?" if I cut his hair short.

Emma Stone was asked if she felt she owed Emma Watson a drink or dinner to thank her for turning down the role in the movie La La Land, for which Stone won an Oscar for Best Actress. The reporter discussed the rumor that Watson was initially considered for the role in an unfriendly manner. Stone spoke with elegance despite her obvious shock: "Oh my gosh, you know what? She seems to be doing OK. In a word, she's awesome. Belle is her name. Right? Well, I don't see any problems here. In my opinion, she's fantastic.

During the premiere of Edge of Tomorrow, in which Blunt co-starred with Tom Cruise, a reporter chose to bring up an old interview with the actress. She stated, "I would rather take terribly paid theater engagements for the rest of my life than ever taking a position as a spear bearer in a Tom Cruise movie," in 2005.

On the red carpet of an awards show, a reporter approached Mariah Carey with the odd remark, "Everyone claims that you gained weight." Not. You're gorgeous! The singer wasn't thrown off by the accusation and instead said, "Who says that?" You? You have to believe it because you are saying it.

Scarlett Johansson was questioned if she wore any underwear under her latex suit in a press conference for the premiere of The Avengers. The actress, however, quickly shut off the reporter, telling them, "You're the sixth person who's asking me this."

The reporter asked Hill, "Are you still considered fat when you go to a party or anything?" Hill said he had just decided to start living a healthier lifestyle. Hill was bewildered by the query but managed a grin before asking, "Do you have any other smarter questions?"

The interviewer for The Dark Knight Rises was more interested in Anne Hathaway's Catwoman suit than in the movie itself, so he questioned, "The form-fitting costume of Catwoman needs a flawless figure. Tell me about your fitness routine—diet, exercise, and the like. Hathaway at first, gave her interviewer the impression that she didn't find this issue particularly engaging. She joked about how Batman's suit was worse than hers since it cut off his hearing.

A reporter recently interviewed Paris Hilton, and she discussed the disturbing effects of fame, including stalking. She also said she was done being thought of as a naive blonde with a baby-talk voice. The interviewer then veered off topic and asked if she envy Kim Kardashian's fame. Even being told "no," he persisted: "Do you ever worry that your moment has passed?" After realizing the futility of continuing the discussion, Hilton excused herself.
