If you're like most people, envisioning the MCU characters comes first. The MCU's primary focus is on characters like Spider-Man, Captain America, Groot, and the others, but they aren't the beginning and conclusion of the story. The characters are interesting, but where would they be if they didn't have their weapons? Without his armor, Tony Stark is "a genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist," and although that's remarkable, it's not enough to win a fight, which is why he's known as Iron Man.
Cap doesn't leave the house without his beloved shield... except for a brief period after the Civil War when he's difficult to imagine without it. It's a simple reality that, while the characters are fantastic, they wouldn't be much use in a fight if they didn't have their weapons - and the MCU is brimming with them. There are many things you (probably) didn't know about MCU weaponry because the focus is generally on humans.
He was strong because he was able to send the Hulk back to Earth from a spacecraft in Avengers: Infinity War. Unfortunately, Thanos took him out, removing Heimdall's one-of-a-kind travel ability... or did he? Although Thanos murdered him, Heimdall's ability to transfer people was not gone forever. Stormbreaker is a strong magical weapon that is extensively enchanted, similar to Mjolnir.
It doesn't have a worthiness enchantment, but it can transfer its owner wherever in the cosmos by channeling spatial energy to summon the Bifrost. Soon after Stormbreaker was formed, Thor utilized this power to teleport himself, Rocket, and Groot to the ongoing fight in Wakanda.
When the Ten Rings are worn, they correspondingly increase a person's power. This means that someone wearing five rings on each arm will get five times the power. It also means that wearing all ten rings on a single-arm increases power by tenfold.
