Meet Iantha Naicker, a deaf artist who lives in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Despite being hearing impaired, she doesn't let it stop her from living her best life and enjoying this beautiful world. She experiences through art and creativity, and life itself inspires her to create. She expresses her creativity through many different styles of drawing and painting.
"Being hearing impaired I see things in a different perspective. I am inspired by the beauty of nature. I draw and make cards with cute and funny animals playing with paper," she shared.
She added: "I love animals and I think they are so uniquely designed by God. To have fun, love, and enjoy life. I use pencils (watercolors) to draw in 3D and add shadows on papers."

"It can seem like a weird way to create art, but it's actually really fun to do," she shared. "One of my favorite things to film and photograph is the process of painting on my hand. When you're drawing water drops or bubbles, shadows can help them look like 3D art. Without a shadow, there is no 3D! It takes numerous attempts. Two of them are failed, but it will improve if I do it again."
