Motherhood. How do you sum up motherhood in a few words? It’s extraordinary, exhausting, inspiring, soul-sucking and purpose-giving. It makes you question everything while feeling like you know it all. According to Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, "The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother is something absolutely new." It's totally true. Because this is the first time she become a mom, it's obvious that she might make mistakes at times.
There are a lot of challenges a woman has to face if she becomes a mom. From waking up at night to comfort her crying baby to changing diapers for her kid, those make mom feel drained of energy. They are not perfect. Sometimes, they try a new parenting method but they fail so hard. However, after all, just a smile from their baby, or the call 'MOM' is enough for them to fulfill their energy. Motherhood is a tremendous honor and privilege, but it is also associated with servanthood. Every day, women are expected to meet the demands of their families without expecting anything in return. Moms constantly put others before themselves, whether they're up late at night nursing a baby, spending time and money on ungrateful teenagers, or making meals.
